All filming, editing, color grading, sound mixing, and final delivery shall take place at locations within the metropolitan area of Colombia Medellín, including but not limited to the El Poblado, Laureles, Envigado, and the Medellín Riverfront (Malecón) districts.

The selected Videographer must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in commercial and corporate video production, possess a portfolio of comparable work, and be fully licensed to operate commercial filming equipment in Colombia Medellín. The Videographer shall comply with all local municipal permits, noise regulations, and public space usage requirements applicable to the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both parties. The Videographer agrees to deliver all services in accordance with the specifications outlined in this document and the attached creative brief.
2. Payment shall be made in two installments: 50% (COP 32,844,000) due upon execution of this Purchase Order, and the remaining 50% (COP 32,844,000) due within thirty (30) calendar days of final delivery and written acceptance of all video assets by the Buyer.
3. The Videographer shall provide all equipment, including but not limited to cinema-grade cameras, lenses, lighting packages, audio recorders, and editing software licenses. All equipment must be insured for operation in Colombia Medellín.
4. Any changes to scope, additional shooting days, or revised creative direction must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties prior to execution. Unauthorized scope changes will not be compensated under this Purchase Order.
5. The Videographer grants the Buyer full, perpetual, worldwide rights to all final video deliverables. The Videographer retains the right to include the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 30-day embargo period from final delivery.
6. All filming activities in Colombia Medellín must comply with the regulations of the Alcaldía de Medellín, the Antioquia Department of Culture, and any applicable national broadcasting or data protection laws (Ley 1581 de 2012 – Data Protection).
7. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Colombia Medellín), either party may suspend obligations with 48-hour written notice. The production schedule shall be adjusted by mutual agreement.
8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, in accordance with the Colombian Commercial Code. If mediation fails, the parties agree to binding arbitration before the Cámara de Comercio de Medellín.
9. The Videographer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Colombia Medellín.
10. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. All communications regarding this order shall be conducted in Spanish or English, with English prevailing in case of discrepancy.
