The Videographer shall provide all necessary technical equipment, including but not limited to 4K cinema cameras, professional lighting rigs, audio recording systems, drone units for aerial footage, and post-production editing suites. Payment under this Purchase Order shall be made in three installments via bank transfer to the account of Kinshasa Visual Productions SARL, domiciled in DR Congo Kinshasa:

• 40% (USD 15,451.20) — Due upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.
• 40% (USD 15,451.20) — Due upon completion of principal photography and delivery of raw footage.
• 20% (USD 7,725.60) — Due upon final acceptance of all edited deliverables by the Buyer.

All payments shall be processed in US Dollars through the Central Bank of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s approved banking channels. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the commercial code of DR Congo Kinshasa.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the provision of Videographer services in DR Congo Kinshasa.
2. The Videographer shall maintain full professional liability insurance covering all personnel and equipment operating within the territory of DR Congo Kinshasa for the duration of the project.
3. All intellectual property rights in the final video deliverables shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.

7. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial law of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the applicable provisions of the OHADA Uniform Act on Commercial Law.
