The Videographer is expected to bring a minimum of a 4K-capable cinema camera system, professional lighting rigs, wireless audio capture equipment, and a full post-production editing suite. The engagement of the Videographer is critical to the successful execution of our annual corporate branding campaign, and all deliverables must meet the international broadcast standards applicable in Ethiopia Addis Ababa and across the East African broadcasting region.

5.1 – This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and applicable regulations in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.

5.2 – The Videographer shall submit a detailed production schedule within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order. The schedule must account for all filming days, post-production milestones, and final delivery dates.

5.5 – Any changes to scope, additional filming days, or revised deliverables must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties before work commences on the revised elements.

5.6 – The Videographer and all crew members must comply with local filming regulations, obtain any necessary permits from the Addis Ababa City Administration, and adhere to all safety protocols on set. The Seller is responsible for securing all location clearances within Ethiopia Addis Ababa.

5.7 – In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, either party may suspend performance without penalty. The affected party must notify the other within 48 hours, and the production timeline shall be extended accordingly.
