The Videographer is expected to bring a minimum of a four-person crew, including a lead cinematographer, a camera operator, a sound engineer, and a production assistant. 1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of France Paris.
2. The Videographer warrants that all personnel assigned to this project are properly insured, including professional liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage as required under French law.
3. All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
