This Purchase Order is issued by Accra Creative Media Solutions Ltd. to Golden Coast Visual Productions, a licensed and registered Videographer operating in Ghana Accra, for the provision of comprehensive professional videography services. The Videographer shall deliver all services in accordance with the specifications, timelines, and quality standards outlined in this Purchase Order. All filming, editing, and post-production work shall be conducted primarily within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

The Videographer shall commence principal photography on 1 July 2025 and complete all filming within the Ghana Accra area by 3 July 2025. Post-production and final delivery of the edited corporate film shall be completed no later than 21 July 2025. All deliverables shall be transmitted to the Buyer's designated server located in Ghana Accra via secure cloud transfer, with physical media delivered to the Buyer's office at 12 Independence Avenue, Osu, Ghana Accra.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Videographer upon signature by both parties. All services shall be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Ghana Revenue Authority tax regulations and the National Film Authority of Ghana licensing requirements.
2. The Videographer warrants that all equipment, crew, and personnel deployed for this engagement in Ghana Accra shall be fully insured, licensed, and in compliance with local occupational health and safety standards.
3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Videographer, following the Buyer's written acceptance of the final deliverables. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified by the Videographer in Ghana Accra.
4. The Videographer shall retain full intellectual property rights to raw footage until final payment is received in full. Upon clearance of all invoices under this Purchase Order, all rights to the final edited film, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the work, shall transfer to the Buyer.
5. Any changes to the scope of work, additional filming days, or revised deliverables must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties before execution. The Videographer shall not commence any additional work in Ghana Accra without such written approval.
6. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting filming in Ghana Accra, political instability, or government-mandated shutdowns, the Videographer shall notify the Buyer within twenty-four (24) hours, and the production schedule shall be adjusted by mutual written agreement.
7. The Videographer shall provide a minimum of two (2) weeks' written notice prior to the commencement date if any rescheduling is required. Failure to do so shall entitle the Buyer to a penalty of 5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 20%.
8. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798) of Ghana. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana Accra.
9. The Videographer shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, particularly with respect to the handling of any personal data captured during filming in Ghana Accra.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Videographer in Ghana Accra. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
