All videography services, on-location shoots, and post-production work shall be conducted within the metropolitan area of Indonesia Jakarta, specifically across the South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and East Jakarta districts. The Videographer is expected to deliver cinematic-quality video content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives of the purchasing entity.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between PT Nusantara Media Solutions (Buyer) and PT Lensa Kreatif Indonesia (Videographer Vendor) for the provision of professional videography services in Indonesia Jakarta.
2. The Videographer shall provide all necessary equipment, including but not limited to 4K/6K cinema cameras, professional lighting arrays, wireless audio systems, stabilizers, and licensed drone units, for the duration of the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
3. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all shoot days, and 20% upon final acceptance of delivered video assets. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Videographer's designated account.
4. The Videographer guarantees that all footage and final deliverables are original works free from any third-party intellectual property claims. Any music, stock footage, or licensed assets used in the final edit must be fully cleared for commercial use in Indonesia and internationally.
5. All work shall be performed in compliance with local regulations of Indonesia Jakarta, including but not limited to drone operation permits from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and any location-specific filming permits required by the Jakarta Provincial Government.
6. The Videographer shall provide a minimum of two (2) rounds of revisions on the edited deliverables at no additional cost. Further revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at IDR 3,000,000 per additional revision round.
7. Confidentiality: The Videographer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and unreleased content encountered during the production in Indonesia Jakarta. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Appendix A to this Purchase Order.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Indonesia Jakarta, or public health emergencies.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Jakarta, Indonesia Jakarta, as the exclusive venue for litigation.
10. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, scope of work, and pricing outlined in this Purchase Order for the Videographer services to be rendered in Indonesia Jakarta. This document is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue, after which a new Purchase Order must be generated if the engagement has not commenced.
