This Purchase Order is issued to formally authorize the engagement of a professional Videographer and associated production team to deliver comprehensive video documentation services for a corporate event and facility tour to be conducted in Iraq Baghdad. The Videographer shall be responsible for all aspects of pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, and final delivery of broadcast-quality video content.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Tigris Media & Communications Group LLC and Euphrates Visual Productions Ltd. upon signature by both parties. All services shall be rendered in Iraq Baghdad unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. The Videographer and all crew members must hold valid Iraqi work permits and any necessary filming licenses issued by the relevant authorities in Iraq Baghdad. The supplier shall bear full responsibility for obtaining and maintaining all such permits prior to the commencement of filming.
3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice following successful delivery and acceptance of all final video deliverables. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier.
4. The Videographer shall deliver all raw footage, edited sequences, and final master files in both ProRes 4K and H.264 formats within fourteen (14) business days of the final filming date in Iraq Baghdad.
5. All intellectual property rights in the final video content shall transfer exclusively to the purchasing entity upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include a brief credit in the production notes.
6. The supplier shall provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice for any schedule changes, equipment failures, or crew unavailability. Failure to do so shall entitle the buyer to a 10% reduction in the total Purchase Order value per affected day.
7. All filming activities in Iraq Baghdad shall comply with local Iraqi law, including but not limited to regulations governing public assembly, drone operation, and media production. The supplier shall indemnify the buyer against any claims arising from non-compliance.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Iraq Baghdad in accordance with the rules of the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce.
9. The Videographer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 for the duration of the engagement in Iraq Baghdad.
