- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Levant Media Productions Ltd. and Eretz Visual Studios (the Videographer) upon written acceptance by both parties.
- The Videographer shall arrive at the designated filming location in Israel Jerusalem no later than 06:30 on each scheduled service day. Failure to do so without prior written notice shall result in a 10% daily fee deduction.
- All footage captured in Israel Jerusalem shall be the exclusive intellectual property of Levant Media Productions Ltd. upon full payment. The Videographer retains no right to use, distribute, or exhibit the raw or edited material without written consent.
- The Videographer is responsible for ensuring all equipment is insured for operation within Israel Jerusalem, including liability coverage for filming in public and heritage-protected areas.
- Payment of the initial 50% deposit (ILS 46,138) is due within 5 business days of Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 50% (ILS 46,138) shall be paid within 10 business days of final delivery of the edited documentary and raw footage.
- The Videographer shall comply with all applicable Israeli laws, municipal regulations of Israel Jerusalem, and heritage site filming guidelines. Any fines or penalties arising from non-compliance shall be borne solely by the Videographer.
- Weather-related delays: In the event of inclement weather rendering outdoor filming in Israel Jerusalem impractical, the Videographer shall notify the Buyer within 2 hours, and the affected day shall be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Israel Jerusalem in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728-1968.
- The Videographer shall provide a daily progress report by 20:00 on each filming day, including a brief summary of shots captured and any issues encountered in the Israel Jerusalem locations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures of sites in Israel Jerusalem, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
