This Purchase Order is issued by Mediavista Productions S.r.l. to formally engage the services of the above-named Videographer for the production of a comprehensive corporate video campaign. The entire engagement, including all on-location filming, post-production editing, and final delivery of media assets, shall take place exclusively within the city of Italy Rome and its immediate metropolitan area. The Videographer is expected to bring professional-grade equipment, including but not limited to 4K cinema cameras, stabilisation rigs, professional audio recording kits, and lighting packages, to all shooting locations situated in Italy Rome.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the Videographer's designated Italian bank account in accordance with the following schedule:

• 30% advance payment (EUR 6,642.90) due within 5 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order, to confirm the Videographer's booking for the Italy Rome shoot dates.
• 40% progress payment (EUR 8,857.20) due upon delivery and client approval of the first cut, no later than 15 July 2025.
• 30% final balance (EUR 6,642.90) due within 10 business days of final delivery of all media assets, no later than 8 August 2025.

All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-ROME-0472) and must be issued in compliance with Italian electronic invoicing regulations (SDI – Sistema di Interscambio). Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate prescribed under Italian law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).

• Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights, title, and interest in the finished video content, including all raw footage, edits, and derivative works produced by the Videographer, shall be irrevocably assigned to Mediavista Productions S.r.l. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio, subject to a 30-day embargo period following public release.
• Location Permits: The Videographer is responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits from the Municipality of Rome (Comune di Roma) and any relevant Italian authorities for shooting in public spaces within Italy Rome. All permit fees are included in the pricing above.
• Drone Regulations: All aerial filming in Italy Rome must comply with ENAC (Ente Nazionale per l'Aviazione Civile) regulations. The Videographer must hold a valid A1/A3 or A2 drone operator certificate and must file all required flight plans with ENAC prior to the shoot date.
• Insurance: The Videographer shall maintain, at their own cost, comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Italy Rome.
