This Purchase Order is issued by Savanna Media & Communications Ltd. to engage the services of a professional Videographer based in Kenya Nairobi for the production of a corporate brand film and a series of promotional video assets. The Videographer shall be responsible for all aspects of pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, color grading, sound mixing, and final delivery of broadcast-quality video content.
The primary filming location for this engagement shall be within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area, specifically at the client's headquarters in Westlands and at two additional corporate sites in Upper Hill and Karen. The Videographer is expected to bring a full production crew, including a camera operator, a sound technician, and a lighting assistant, all of whom shall operate under the direct supervision of the lead Videographer.
The deliverables under this Purchase Order include, but are not limited to: a 12-minute corporate brand film in 4K resolution, three (3) promotional video clips of 60 seconds each, a 90-second social media cutdown, and all raw footage organized and delivered on a secure cloud storage platform. The Videographer shall ensure that all content aligns with the brand guidelines provided by the client and that the final output meets international broadcast standards.

The following terms and conditions govern this Purchase Order and the engagement of the Videographer:
6.1 — This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Savanna Media & Communications Ltd. and Golden Lens Visuals upon written acceptance by both parties. The Videographer shall commence work no later than the required service date stated in Section 1.
6.2 — All filming activities shall take place within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area. Should the Videographer require to travel outside of Kenya Nairobi for any reason, prior written approval from the client's procurement department is mandatory, and any additional costs shall be itemized in a supplementary Purchase Order amendment.
6.3 — The Videographer shall deliver two (2) rounds of revisions on the edited content at no additional charge. Further revisions beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at a rate of KES 15,000 per hour.
6.4 — All intellectual property rights to the final delivered video content shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include the work in their professional portfolio, subject to a 30-day embargo period.
6.5 — The Videographer shall carry comprehensive professional liability insurance and public liability insurance valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Kenya Nairobi. Certificates of insurance shall be provided prior to the first day of filming.
6.6 — In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions in Kenya Nairobi, either party may suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty, provided written notice is given within 24 hours.
6.7 — Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya. The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
