All filming and production activities shall take place within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area, including but not limited to the buyer's headquarters at Menara Maxis, the TRX district, and selected outdoor locations in the Klang Valley. The Videographer is expected to bring a full production crew, professional-grade camera equipment, lighting rigs, audio recording devices, and all necessary permits for filming in public spaces within Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Malaysia and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Contracts Act 1950 of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur jurisdiction.
2. The Videographer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MYR 2,000,000 for the duration of all filming activities in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
3. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright in the final video deliverables, raw footage, and all associated media, shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon full and final payment of this Purchase Order.
