1. Description of Purchase Order and Scope of WorkThis Purchase Order is issued by Crescent Media Productions (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered media and production company headquartered in Pakistan Islamabad, to formally engage the services of a professional Videographer and associated production crew for a multi-day corporate event coverage project. The Videographer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for capturing high-definition video footage, conducting live event recording, producing edited highlight reels, and delivering all final media assets in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. All services shall be rendered within the metropolitan area of Pakistan Islamabad, including but not limited to the venues located in Blue Area, F-7 Markaz, and the Pakistan Monument grounds.

3.1 Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment (PKR 394,592) shall be remitted to the Videographer service provider within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% balance (PKR 591,888) shall be due within ten (10) business days following the successful delivery and acceptance of all final edited media assets. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in a licensed commercial bank operating in Pakistan Islamabad.
3.2 Delivery Schedule: The Videographer and full production crew shall be on-site and operational no later than 07:00 AM on each scheduled event day. The event dates are 22 June 2025, 23 June 2025, and 24 June 2025. All locations are within the city limits of Pakistan Islamabad. The final edited deliverables shall be submitted no later than 10 July 2025.
3.3 Equipment and Standards: The Videographer shall operate professional-grade cinema cameras capable of recording at minimum 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. All footage shall be captured in a flat color profile (e.g., S-Log or C-Log) to facilitate post-production color grading. The Videographer is responsible for maintaining all equipment in working condition throughout the engagement period.
3.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the raw footage, edited deliverables, and any derivative works shall transfer exclusively to Crescent Media Productions (Pvt.) Ltd. The Videographer retains the right to include selected clips in a professional portfolio, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer.
3.5 Cancellation and Rescheduling: Should the Buyer need to cancel or reschedule any portion of this Purchase Order, a written notice of no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours must be provided. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled event day shall incur a 50% penalty on the affected day's fee. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Pakistan Islamabad, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies, shall exempt both parties from penalty.
3.6 Compliance and Licensing: The Videographer and all crew members shall hold valid identification and, where applicable, drone operation licenses issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA). All filming within Pakistan Islamabad shall comply with local municipal regulations, venue-specific restrictions, and the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) guidelines where applicable.
3.7 Confidentiality: The Videographer and all associated personnel shall treat all information, footage, and materials encountered during the execution of this Purchase Order as strictly confidential. No footage, stills, or audio shall be shared, published, or distributed to any third party without the express written consent of the Buyer.
3.8 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of Videographer services in Pakistan Islamabad under the terms and conditions set forth above. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one retained by each party.
