This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Media Productions S.A.C. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to formally request the professional services of a certified Videographer and associated production team for a corporate event scheduled to take place in Peru Lima. This document constitutes a binding procurement instrument under the commercial regulations of the Republic of Peru.

The Buyer hereby engages the Supplier, a licensed Videographer operating out of Peru Lima, to deliver comprehensive video production services for the "Andes Innovation Summit 2025," a three-day corporate conference. The Videographer shall be responsible for the following deliverables:

3.1 Payment Terms: The Buyer shall remit payment within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the Supplier's invoice, which must reference this Purchase Order number (PL-2025-0047). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Videographer supplier in Peru Lima. A 50% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery of all edited materials.

3.2 Delivery Schedule: The Videographer shall deliver the same-day highlight reel within twenty-four (24) hours of each event day. The full edited documentary (15 minutes) shall be delivered no later than ten (10) business days following the conclusion of the event in Peru Lima. Raw footage shall be delivered via secure cloud link within five (5) business days.

3.3 Equipment and Standards: The Videographer is required to operate professional-grade 4K cinema cameras, stabilized rigs, and licensed aerial drone equipment. All footage must meet broadcast-quality standards. The Videographer must hold a valid operating license issued by the relevant Peruvian aviation authority for any drone operations conducted over Peru Lima.

3.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final edited video, highlight reels, and raw footage shall transfer exclusively to the Buyer. The Videographer retains the right to include a brief credit in the final production and may use a 30-second excerpt for portfolio purposes, subject to prior written approval from the Buyer.

3.5 Cancellation and Force Majeure: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Peru Lima, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies), both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reschedule the Videographer's services without penalty.

3.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Peru Lima.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms specified in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Videographer in Peru Lima. This document is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue unless accepted in writing by both parties.
