1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Entity and the Videographer service provider upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be executed exclusively in Saudi Arabia Riyadh unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The Videographer shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any schedule changes. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall incur a 50% penalty fee on the total Purchase Order value.
3. All raw footage, edited deliverables, and associated intellectual property rights shall transfer to Al-Nakheel Media & Events Group upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include a 15-second credit in the final deliverables.
4. The Videographer shall carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 1,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
5. Payment of 50% (SAR 56,350.00) shall be due within 5 business days of this Purchase Order's acceptance. The remaining 50% shall be due within 10 business days of final deliverable acceptance.
6. The Videographer shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) regarding any footage capturing identifiable individuals.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
8. This Purchase Order is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this document null and void.
9. The Videographer shall provide a daily progress report to the Purchasing Entity's project manager during the three-day filming period in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
10. All equipment brought into the venue shall be inspected and approved by the Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center security team prior to use.
