1. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from the Videographer services rendered in Spain Valencia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
2. The Videographer and all crew members engaged under this Purchase Order must hold valid professional credentials and, where applicable, EASA drone pilot licenses for aerial operations over Spain Valencia airspace.
3. Payment of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced upon final delivery of all edited Videographer footage and master files. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
