The entire scope of work is to be carried out within the Colombo metropolitan area and its immediate surroundings in Sri Lanka, ensuring that all local regulations, permits, and cultural sensitivities specific to Sri Lanka Colombo are observed and respected throughout the production period.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon countersignature. All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified and experienced Videographer team operating under the supervision of Island Lens Visuals (Pvt) Ltd.
- The Videographer and all crew members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Sri Lanka, including but not limited to the Cinematography Act, local municipal bylaws of Colombo, and any permits required for filming in public spaces within Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Seller. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Sri Lankan commercial practice.
- The Seller warrants that all footage captured by the Videographer shall be original, free from third-party intellectual property claims, and delivered in a format suitable for broadcast, digital streaming, and social media distribution.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional filming days, or changes to locations within Sri Lanka Colombo must be approved in writing via a formal Purchase Order amendment before execution.
- The Seller shall maintain adequate professional liability insurance covering all equipment, crew, and third-party property during the duration of the Videographer engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Confidentiality: All footage, scripts, and client information accessed by the Videographer team shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
