Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: a 40% advance payment (THB 198,164) is due within 7 business days of the signed Purchase Order; a 40% progress payment (THB 198,164) is due upon completion of principal filming in Thailand Bangkok; and the remaining 20% balance (THB 99,082) is due upon final acceptance of all delivered video assets. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Thailand. 1. The Videographer shall comply with all applicable Thai laws and regulations governing commercial filming, including permits required by the National Film Board of Thailand and local Bangkok municipal authorities for any public-location shoots.
2. All raw footage, intermediate edits, and final deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive intellectual property of Siam Creative Media Co., Ltd. upon full payment.
3. The Videographer warrants that all equipment used in Thailand Bangkok shall be in full working order, insured, and operated by certified personnel. Any equipment failure resulting in lost footage shall be remedied at the vendor's sole expense.
4. Weather-related delays during filming in Thailand Bangkok (monsoon season considerations) shall be addressed through a mutually agreed reschedule within 10 business days, with no additional cost to the buyer.
