The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of a 12-minute corporate brand film, including pre-production planning, on-location videography, studio interviews, aerial drone footage over the Manchester skyline, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics integration, and final delivery in multiple formats. The Videographer is expected to bring a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in corporate and commercial video production, with a demonstrable portfolio of work completed in the United Kingdom Manchester region.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Videographer or their authorised representative. Acceptance must be returned to the buyer within five (5) business days of the date of issue.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% (GBP 8,232.00) is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (GBP 12,348.00) shall be invoiced and payable within thirty (30) days of final delivery and written acceptance of the completed video by the buyer.
- Location of Work: All filming, interviews, and on-site production activities shall take place within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area. The Videographer is responsible for obtaining any necessary location permits, council licences, or airspace clearances required for filming in Manchester.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights, title, and interest in the finished video, raw footage, and associated media shall vest exclusively in Northwest Media Productions Ltd. The Videographer retains the right to include the project in their professional portfolio, subject to a 30-day embargo period.
- Confidentiality: The Videographer and all members of their production team shall be bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding the buyer's proprietary information, trade secrets, and unreleased content encountered during the production in United Kingdom Manchester.
- Insurance: The Videographer shall maintain, at their own cost, comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than GBP 5,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of no less than GBP 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Compliance: The Videographer shall comply with all applicable United Kingdom legislation, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and the Civil Aviation Authority regulations governing drone operations in the Manchester airspace.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting filming in United Kingdom Manchester, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
