The Videographer is expected to bring professional-grade equipment, including but not limited to 4K cinema cameras, stabilizing rigs, professional lighting kits, and high-fidelity audio recording devices, to all filming locations within the Tashkent metropolitan area and its surrounding regions in Uzbekistan.
The Videographer shall coordinate directly with the Buyer's creative team to ensure that the visual narrative aligns with the brand identity and messaging objectives established for this project. All filming activities shall take place at locations approved in writing by the Buyer, with the primary shoot scheduled at the historic Registan Square complex and the modern Tashkent City business district in Uzbekistan Tashkent.

- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment (USD 9,497.60) shall be due within five (5) business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (USD 14,246.40) shall be payable within ten (10) business days following the Buyer's written approval of the final delivered video. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Videographer in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Service Schedule: The Videographer shall commence pre-production activities no later than 20 June 2025 and shall deliver the final edited video no later than 15 July 2025. Any delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions in Tashkent or government-mandated restrictions in Uzbekistan, shall extend the timeline proportionally.
- Revisions: The Videographer shall include two (2) rounds of revisions in the post-production phase at no additional cost. Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds shall be billed at USD 350.00 per round.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights, title, and interest in the completed video, including all raw footage, project files, and derived assets, shall transfer exclusively to the Buyer. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Permits and Compliance: The Videographer shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits, location clearances, and drone operation licenses required by the relevant authorities in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The Buyer shall provide corporate identification and any supporting documentation reasonably requested for permit applications.
- Insurance: The Videographer shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and equipment insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 100,000 for the entire duration of the engagement in Uzbekistan.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination by the Buyer after filming has commenced, the Buyer shall compensate the Videographer for all work completed and non-recoverable expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, creative concepts, and proprietary materials exchanged during the course of this Videographer engagement in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the Videographer services to be performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
