All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the seller's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (ETB 253,575.00): Due within 5 business days of Purchase Order acceptance, prior to commencement of the Web Designer's initial design phase.
• 40% Milestone Payment (ETB 338,100.00): Due upon successful delivery and buyer approval of the completed front-end and back-end development (Item 2 and Item 3).
• 20% Completion Payment (ETB 169,050.00): Due upon final launch of the e-commerce module and SEO optimization (Items 4 and 5).
• 10% Retention (ETB 84,525.00): Due at the conclusion of the 6-month maintenance period, subject to satisfactory performance of the Web Designer's ongoing support obligations.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, specifically the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and applicable intellectual property regulations.
2. The Web Designer warrants that all designs, code, and digital assets delivered under this Purchase Order shall be original works, free from any third-party intellectual property claims. All source files, design mockups, and documentation shall be transferred to the buyer upon final payment.
3. The Web Designer shall conduct all on-site meetings, presentations, and collaborative sessions at the buyer's office located in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, Bole Road, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the specifications in this Purchase Order shall require a written change order signed by both parties. The Web Designer shall provide a revised cost estimate within 3 business days of receiving a change request.
