This Purchase Order is issued to engage the services of a qualified Web Designer based in Myanmar Yangon to deliver a comprehensive suite of digital design and development services. The Web Designer shall be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, including initial consultation, wireframing, UI/UX design, front-end development, responsive optimization, and post-launch support. - 30% Advance Payment: MMK 9,135,000 due within 5 business days of Purchase Order acceptance, payable via bank transfer to Yangon Creative Pixel Studio's account at KBZ Bank, Myanmar Yangon branch.
- 40% Milestone Payment: MMK 12,180,000 due upon completion and buyer sign-off of the UI design phase (Line Items 1 & 2).
- 30% Final Payment: MMK 9,135,000 due within 10 business days of successful deployment and acceptance of all Web Designer deliverables.
- All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) to the vendor's registered bank account in Myanmar Yangon. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- The Web Designer warrants that all design assets, code, and intellectual property delivered under this Purchase Order shall be original and free from third-party claims. All source files (Figma, code repositories) shall be transferred to the buyer upon final payment.
- The Web Designer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary information of the buyer encountered during the engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. The Web Designer shall provide a revised cost estimate within 3 business days of a change request.
- The Web Designer shall comply with all applicable data protection and digital commerce regulations in Myanmar Yangon, including the Electronic Transactions Law and the Personal Data Protection Law of Myanmar.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 calendar days of the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- The Web Designer shall provide weekly progress reports to the buyer's project manager, submitted via email no later than Friday of each working week during the project duration in Myanmar Yangon.
