This Purchase Order is issued by Sahel Digital Solutions SARL to formally engage the services of a qualified Web Designer operating out of Senegal Dakar. The Web Designer shall be responsible for the complete design, development, and deployment of a corporate e-commerce platform for the buyer's retail division. All deliverables under this Purchase Order must reflect modern web design standards, responsive architecture, and accessibility compliance as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).

The Web Designer is expected to conduct all on-site consultations, design workshops, and client review sessions at the buyer's headquarters located in the Plateau district of Senegal Dakar. Remote collaboration tools may supplement in-person meetings, but the primary working relationship shall be anchored in the Senegal Dakar metropolitan area to ensure timely communication and cultural alignment with the local market.

Payment under this Purchase Order shall be disbursed in the following milestones, all processed in XOF via bank transfer to the Web Designer's registered account in Senegal Dakar:

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Senegal Dakar in accordance with the rules of the Senegalese Chamber of Commerce.
• The Web Designer warrants that all work delivered under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from intellectual property infringement, and compliant with Senegalese data protection regulations (Law No. 2008-12 on Personal Data Protection).
• The Web Designer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 XOF for the duration of the engagement in Senegal Dakar.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before implementation. The Web Designer shall not proceed with out-of-scope work without prior written authorization under this Purchase Order.
