5. Revisions: The Purchase Order includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions per design phase. Additional revision cycles beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at the Web Designer’s standard hourly rate of 65 EUR per hour, subject to prior written approval.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date, as documented by the Web Designer’s timesheets.
