This Purchase Order is issued by Siam Digital Ventures Co., Ltd. to formally engage the services of Ms. Kanya Rattanakorn, a qualified and experienced Web Designer based in Thailand Bangkok, for the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive corporate website and associated digital assets. The Web Designer shall be responsible for all creative and technical aspects of the project as outlined below. All work shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards expected of a Web Designer operating within the Thailand Bangkok digital services market, and all deliverables must comply with applicable Thai data protection regulations (PDPA) and international web accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Discovery & Strategy (Weeks 1–2): The Web Designer shall conduct stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and user research specific to the Thailand Bangkok market. A detailed design brief, sitemap, and wireframe documentation shall be delivered for client approval.
- UI/UX Design (Weeks 3–5): The Web Designer shall produce high-fidelity mockups for a minimum of twelve (12) unique page templates, including the homepage, product/service pages, about, contact, blog, and multilingual (Thai/English) landing pages. All designs must reflect modern aesthetic sensibilities appropriate for a Thailand Bangkok-based corporate audience.
- Front-End Development (Weeks 6–9): The Web Designer shall implement the approved designs using responsive HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. The final website must be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with a target Lighthouse performance score of 90 or above.
- Content Integration & CMS Setup (Weeks 10–11): The Web Designer shall configure a content management system (WordPress or equivalent), integrate all approved copy in both Thai and English, and set up SEO metadata, schema markup, and analytics tracking.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Web Designer upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of Thailand Bangkok and the Kingdom of Thailand.
- The Web Designer warrants that all deliverables shall be original work, free from intellectual property infringement, and shall not contain any third-party licensed material without prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Payment milestones shall be: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 40% upon approval of UI/UX designs, and 30% upon successful production launch in Thailand Bangkok.
- The Web Designer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 5,000,000 throughout the duration of this engagement.
