This Purchase Order is issued by Anatolia Digital Solutions A.S. to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Web Designer based in Turkey Ankara for the delivery of comprehensive web design and development services as detailed herein.

The Web Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide the following services within the Turkey Ankara metropolitan area and its surrounding districts:

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the Web Designer's registered account in Turkey Ankara. The payment schedule is as follows:

Milestone 1: 30% (TRY 126,000.00) due upon signing of this Purchase Order and commencement of the design phase.

Milestone 2: 40% (TRY 168,000.00) due upon approval of the complete design mockups and completion of front-end development.

Milestone 3: 30% (TRY 126,000.00) due upon final deployment, successful testing, and handover of all source files and documentation.

All payments are subject to a 15-day net payment period from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Turkish commercial law applicable in Turkey Ankara.

The Web Designer shall adhere to the following project timeline, with all on-site work conducted in Turkey Ankara:

5.1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Web Designer upon countersignature by both parties.

5.2. The Web Designer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary information, and project materials encountered during the engagement in Turkey Ankara.

5.3. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, including but not limited to design files, source code, and documentation, shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment of this Purchase Order.

5.4. The Web Designer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and tax registrations required to operate as a freelance professional in Turkey Ankara under the jurisdiction of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce.

5.5. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. No verbal modifications to this Purchase Order shall be valid.

5.6. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Turkey Ankara. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey.

5.7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically the Turkish Code of Obligations and applicable commercial regulations in force in Turkey Ankara.
