3. Scope of Work – Web Designer Services
This Purchase Order is issued by Northgate Digital Solutions Ltd. to engage the services of Ms. Eleanor Ashworth, a qualified and experienced Web Designer operating from United Kingdom Manchester, to deliver a comprehensive website design and development project. The Web Designer shall be responsible for the full conceptualisation, visual design, front-end development, and initial deployment of a responsive corporate website. 5. Payment Terms and Schedule
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via direct bank transfer to the Web Designer's nominated business account. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

All invoices raised by the Web Designer in connection with this Purchase Order must reference the Purchase Order number PO-2025-MAN-04872. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in United Kingdom Manchester and throughout the United Kingdom.
6. Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Northgate Digital Solutions Ltd. and the named Web Designer upon written acceptance. All terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction resting in the courts of United Kingdom Manchester.
- The Web Designer warrants that all deliverables shall be original work, free from intellectual property infringement, and shall not incorporate any third-party assets without explicit written licence. All source files, design assets, and code produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Northgate Digital Solutions Ltd. upon final payment.
- The Web Designer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
