- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Web Designer upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable regulations in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- The Web Designer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 UZS throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced by the Web Designer shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Web Designer within 15 business days of milestone acceptance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate set by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
- The Web Designer shall conduct all on-site meetings, workshops, and reviews at the Buyer's premises located in Uzbekistan Tashkent, or at a mutually agreed location within the city of Tashkent.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Web Designer shall be compensated for all work completed and accepted up to the termination date.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
- The Web Designer shall comply with all data protection and cybersecurity requirements mandated by the Uzbekistan Data Protection Law and shall not transfer any project data outside of Uzbekistan without explicit written authorization.
