This Purchase Order is issued by ZimTech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd to Chikafu Digital Creative Studio (Pvt) Ltd for the engagement of a qualified Web Designer to deliver a comprehensive website design, development, and deployment project. The Web Designer shall be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, including initial consultation, wireframing, UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, content integration, quality assurance, and final deployment. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and the attached Statement of Work (SOW-2025-012).
The Web Designer is expected to work primarily from the vendor's office in Harare, Zimbabwe, with on-site meetings at the ZimTech Solutions premises on Samora Machel Avenue, Harare, no fewer than three (3) times per week during the active development phase. The Web Designer must demonstrate proficiency in modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and responsive design principles. The Web Designer shall also ensure full compliance with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act (Chapter 24:05) regarding any user data handled during the project.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between ZimTech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and Chikafu Digital Creative Studio (Pvt) Ltd upon countersignature by both parties.
- The Web Designer shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the issuing company.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables, including source code, design files, and documentation, shall vest exclusively in ZimTech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd upon full payment.
- The Web Designer shall adhere to all applicable laws of Zimbabwe, including the Electronic Transactions Act (Chapter 24:31) and the Data Protection Act (Chapter 24:05).
- Any changes to scope beyond the original Statement of Work shall be documented in a formal Change Order and priced separately before implementation by the Web Designer.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. A 50% advance payment of USD 9,200.00 is due within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% balance of USD 9,200.00 is due within ten (10) business days of final acceptance of the deployed website.
- The Web Designer shall provide a thirty (30) day warranty period post-deployment during which any defects or bugs shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Mediation Act (Chapter 7:04). If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
