The Welder specified under this Purchase Order will be deployed in the structural steel fabrication, pressure vessel assembly, and heavy-duty repair operations conducted at our Rocklea workshop. All specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, and compliance requirements outlined in this Purchase Order are binding upon acceptance by the Supplier.

The Supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the Buyer's facility at 42 River Street, Rocklea, Queensland 4103, Australia Brisbane, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 07:00 and 16:00 AEST on a business day. The Supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and handling costs up to the point of unloading at the Buyer's receiving dock. The Welder units and associated equipment must be packaged in accordance with AS 1418 for heavy industrial machinery transport. A delivery appointment must be confirmed with the Buyer's site supervisor at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

All equipment supplied under this Purchase Order, particularly the Welder units, must comply with the following Australian and New Zealand standards and regulations:

– AS/NZS 3081:2012 – Electrical installations – Welding and cutting equipment
– AS/NZS 1358:2019 – Safety in welding and allied processes
– AS/NZS 3000:2018 – Wiring rules (relevant electrical connections)

Payment shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's nominated bank account. Invoices must reference Purchase Order No. PO-2025-04782-BNE. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the Australian Consumer Law.

The Supplier warrants that the Welder units supplied under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of commissioning at the Australia Brisbane facility. The warranty covers all mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of the Welder, excluding consumable items such as torch tips, contact tips, and tungsten electrodes. The Supplier shall provide a minimum of 5-year availability of spare parts for the Welder model AWX-400MP Pro. Priority technical support (response within 4 business hours) shall be available to the Buyer for the duration of the warranty period.

Either party may cancel this Purchase Order in writing with 14 days' notice prior to the delivery date. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer after the Supplier has commenced manufacturing or procurement, the Buyer shall be liable for 25% of the total Purchase Order value as a cancellation fee. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia Brisbane, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Queensland courts. The parties agree to attempt mediation through the Queensland Small Claims Commission before initiating formal litigation.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, specifications, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order. This document constitutes a binding agreement for the supply of the Welder and related services as described herein.
