The Seller is responsible for all transportation, packaging, export documentation, import customs clearance in Colombia, and final delivery to the Buyer's receiving dock. The estimated delivery window is within 45 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order, subject to confirmation of the Buyer's deposit payment.

All packaging must be suitable for international ocean freight and subsequent overland transport within Colombia. The Welder unit must be crated in moisture-resistant, shock-absorbing packaging with clear labeling indicating "FRAGILE – INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT" and "THIS SIDE UP." The Seller must provide a Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and all documents required by the Colombian Directorate of Industry and Commerce (DIAN) for customs clearance.

The Welder supplied under this Purchase Order must be certified to IEC 60974-1 (Welding equipment – Safety requirements) and CE marked.
