All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Provence Industrial Fabrication SARL facility at 142 Boulevard de la Canebière, 13001 France Marseille. The supplier is responsible for the safe transport, customs clearance (if applicable within the EU), and on-site installation of each Welder unit at the France Marseille location. Installation must include electrical connection verification, calibration, and a full operational test witnessed by our France Marseille site engineering team. The Welder equipment must be delivered in its original packaging with all documentation, including French-language user manuals, CE conformity certificates, and warranty registration forms.
5. Payment Terms- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% upon confirmed delivery of the Welder units to the France Marseille site; 10% final payment upon successful commissioning and sign-off.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (SEPA) to the supplier's designated account. Reference number PO-FR-MRS-2025-00472 must be included on all remittances.
- Due Dates: Advance payment due within 10 business days of Purchase Order acceptance. Balance payments due within 30 days of the respective milestone.
- Currency: All amounts are denominated in Euros (EUR). No currency fluctuation adjustments shall apply.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the procurement of the Welder equipment for France Marseille operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Marseille.
- The Welder units are warranted for a minimum of 24 months from the date of installation at the France Marseille facility. Warranty coverage includes all mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
