All Welder units and associated accessories shall be delivered, installed, and commissioned at the Buyer’s facility at Industriestraße 42, 10115 Germany Berlin, no later than 31 July 2025. The Supplier is responsible for all logistics, customs clearance (if applicable within the EU), and final positioning of the Welder equipment within the designated workshop bays. Installation must include electrical connection to the facility’s 400V three-phase supply, grounding verification, and a full operational test run in the presence of the Buyer’s site engineer. The Supplier shall provide a written commissioning report for each Welder unit upon completion of installation in Germany Berlin.
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order: € 17,709.48
- 60% upon delivery and successful commissioning of all Welder units at the Germany Berlin site: € 35,418.96
- 10% retention, payable 90 days after final acceptance: € 5,903.16
Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the Supplier’s designated account. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-BER-04782) and include the Supplier’s German VAT identification number (USt-IdNr.).
The Supplier warrants that all Welder equipment supplied under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of commissioning in Germany Berlin. The Welder units shall carry full CE marking and comply with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The Supplier shall provide all necessary documentation, including operating manuals in German and English, electrical schematics, and conformity declarations. Any Welder unit found to be non-conforming within the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at the Supplier’s sole cost, with on-site service arranged within 5 business days at the Germany Berlin location.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany Berlin. The Supplier acknowledges that the Welder equipment is procured for industrial use in a regulated environment and must meet all occupational safety requirements set forth by the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) and the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA).
This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written or electronic acceptance by both parties. The Buyer reserves the right to modify quantities by up to 10% without reissuing a new Purchase Order, provided the modification is communicated in writing within 14 days of the issue date.
