The supplier shall ensure that the Welder is properly crated, shock-protected, and clearly labelled for industrial freight handling. All shipping documentation must be in German and English to facilitate customs and internal logistics processing at our Germany Frankfurt site. The supplier bears full responsibility for transit damage until the Welder is signed for at the receiving dock in Frankfurt.

• Payment Method: Bank transfer (SEPA) to the supplier's designated account.
• Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% upon confirmed delivery of the Welder to the Germany Frankfurt facility; 10% final payment upon successful commissioning and sign-off of the training report.

• Neither party may assign this Purchase Order without prior written consent of the other party.
• Force majeure events shall be handled in accordance with § 275 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
• This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of the Welder for the Germany Frankfurt facility and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
