Local Delivery: Supplier shall arrange final overland transport from Tema Harbour to the buyer's facility in Ghana Accra at no additional cost.
Customs Note: All Welder units and associated equipment must be accompanied by a valid Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading to facilitate smooth clearance through the Ghana Revenue Authority Customs Division at Ghana Accra.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both parties. All Welder units and accessories listed herein shall conform to the specifications stated in the item description table above.
- The Seller warrants that all Welder machines supplied under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery in Ghana Accra.
- Payment shall be made via irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) issued by a recognized bank in Ghana Accra, payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents confirming arrival at the Port of Tema, Ghana Accra.
- The Seller shall provide a comprehensive user manual, warranty certificate, and after-sales technical support documentation for each Welder unit in English, suitable for operators based in Ghana Accra.
- Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated deadline of 15 August 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- The Buyer reserves the right to inspect all Welder units upon arrival at the Ghana Accra facility. Any unit found to be damaged, defective, or non-conforming to the specifications in this Purchase Order shall be rejected and replaced at the Seller's sole expense within thirty (30) days.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre, and the governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- The Seller shall comply with all applicable import regulations, safety standards, and electrical codes of the Republic of Ghana. All Welder equipment must be certified for 220V/50Hz operation as standard in Ghana Accra.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Any amendments or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the Welder specifications, delivery to Ghana Accra, or payment terms shall not be binding.
