The supplier shall deliver the complete Welder package, including all accessories listed above, to the buyer's premises at Okhla Industrial Area Phase II, India New Delhi, within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Delivery shall be made between 09:00 and 17:00 hours, Monday through Saturday. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling charges up to the point of unloading at the India New Delhi facility. Upon delivery, the supplier's technical team shall perform on-site installation, calibration, and a functional demonstration of the Welder unit to the buyer's engineering staff. A written commissioning report shall be submitted within three business days of installation completion.

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) within thirty (30) days of successful delivery, installation, and acceptance of the Welder at the India New Delhi site. All invoices must reference Purchase Order number PO/ND/2025/04782. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the terms stipulated in this Purchase Order.

The supplier warrants that the Welder unit and all associated components are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation at the India New Delhi facility. During the warranty period, the supplier shall provide free repair or replacement of any defective part. The supplier shall maintain a dedicated service center within the National Capital Territory of Delhi to ensure response times of no more than forty-eight (48) hours for any warranty claim related to the Welder. Extended warranty options beyond the standard period may be negotiated separately.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of the Welder equipment for use in India New Delhi. This document, once executed, shall serve as the definitive reference for all transactions, deliveries, and obligations between the parties.
