• The supplier warrants that all Welder equipment is new, unused, and free from any liens or encumbrances.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to sanctions-related shipping disruptions affecting delivery to Iran Tehran, shall be addressed through mutual negotiation within ten (10) business days of the event.
• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
