This Purchase Order is issued for the procurement of a professional-grade industrial Welder unit, specifically engineered and certified for deployment at the Kanto Precision Manufacturing facility located in Japan Tokyo. The Welder shall conform to all applicable Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and the Electrical Safety and Energy Efficiency Act (PSE) regulations governing the operation of welding equipment within the Tokyo metropolitan area. The selected Welder model must be compatible with the 100V/50Hz electrical infrastructure standard used throughout Japan Tokyo and must carry the appropriate PSE certification mark prior to installation.

The Welder unit specified in this Purchase Order must meet the following mandatory criteria to ensure safe and compliant operation in Japan Tokyo:

• Electrical input: 100V, 50Hz, single-phase (standard for Japan Tokyo industrial facilities).
• PSE (Product Safety of Electrical Appliances & Materials) certification – mandatory for all electrical equipment sold and operated in Japan.
• JIS C 1011 compliance for welding equipment safety standards.
• Maximum operating temperature rating suitable for the climate conditions in Japan Tokyo (summer humidity up to 90%).
• Welder must include a Japanese-language user manual and all safety labeling in both Japanese and English.
• EMI/EMC compliance per Japanese Radio Law (Radio Act) to prevent interference with surrounding equipment in the Tokyo facility.
• Welder weight and dimensions must permit safe transport via standard freight routes into the Shibuya-ku district of Tokyo.

The Seller shall arrange all logistics for the delivery of the Welder and associated items to the Buyer's facility in Japan Tokyo. The delivery address is: Kanto Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., 4-2-18 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0002, Japan. The Seller is responsible for export packaging, international freight (sea or air as agreed), customs documentation, and payment of all import duties and consumption tax (10%) applicable in Japan. The Welder must arrive at the Japan Tokyo facility no later than July 25, 2025. A dedicated installation team from the Seller shall be present in Japan Tokyo for a minimum of three (3) business days to complete setup, calibration, and operator training for the Buyer's welding staff.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made as follows: 40% ($21,844.00) due upon execution of this Purchase Order as a confirmed deposit; 50% ($27,305.00) due upon confirmed shipment and presentation of Bill of Lading; and 10% ($5,461.00) due within thirty (30) days following successful installation, calibration, and acceptance of the Welder at the Japan Tokyo facility. All payments shall be made via irrevocable letter of credit issued through a recognized Japanese financial institution, denominated in US Dollars.

This Purchase Order is governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA). The Seller warrants that the Welder is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of acceptance in Japan Tokyo. The Seller shall provide a dedicated service representative based in or regularly visiting Japan Tokyo to handle warranty claims and preventive maintenance scheduling. Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons affecting the Tokyo region, shall extend delivery timelines by a corresponding number of days.
