The Seller shall deliver the Welder and all associated items to the Buyer's facility at Av. Insurgentes Sur 1850, Col. Del Valle, Mexico Mexico City, C.P. 03100, Mexico. Delivery shall be made in accordance with Incoterms 2020 – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Mexico Mexico City. The Seller is responsible for all transportation, customs clearance, import documentation, and duties up to the point of delivery at the Buyer's receiving dock in Mexico Mexico City. The estimated delivery date is August 15, 2025. 4. 5.
