The Seller shall deliver the complete Welder package, including all accessories and protective gear, to the Buyer's designated facility located in Nepal Kathmandu at the following address: Himalayan Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 47, New Baneshwor Industrial Area, Kathmandu, Nepal 44600. Delivery shall be made via air freight through Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, followed by ground transport to the final destination within Nepal Kathmandu. All customs documentation, import permits, and Nepal Standards Bureau compliance certificates must be prepared and submitted by the Seller prior to shipment. The Seller is responsible for all logistics costs up to the point of delivery at the Nepal Kathmandu site.
- Advance Payment: 30% of the total Purchase Order value ($6,424.05) shall be paid via irrevocable Letter of Credit within 7 business days of Purchase Order acceptance.
- Balance Payment: 70% of the total Purchase Order value ($14,989.45) shall be paid within 30 days of confirmed delivery and successful installation of the Welder units at the Nepal Kathmandu facility.
- Currency: All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the Seller's designated bank account.
- Penalty for Late Delivery: A penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay beyond the stipulated delivery deadline of 30 July 2025 shall be applicable, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Warranty Claims: Any defects in the Welder discovered within the 24-month warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Buyer. Spare parts for the Welder must be available within Nepal Kathmandu for a minimum of 5 years from the date of this Purchase Order.
This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by both parties. The Seller's acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes full agreement to all terms, specifications, and conditions outlined herein for the supply of the Welder to Nepal Kathmandu.
