All Welder units supplied under this Purchase Order must carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery in Pakistan Islamabad. The supplier guarantees that all equipment is new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects. In the event of any defect or malfunction within the warranty period, the supplier shall repair or replace the affected Welder unit at no additional cost to the buyer. Spare parts availability for a minimum of five (5) years post-delivery is a mandatory condition of this Purchase Order.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
• The supplier shall provide a detailed invoice, packing list, and certificate of conformity with each delivery of Welder equipment.
• Time is of the essence. Failure to deliver by the stipulated deadline shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
• The buyer reserves the right to inspect all Welder units upon arrival at the Pakistan Islamabad site and reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this document.
• This Purchase Order becomes valid only upon written acceptance and signature by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
• The supplier shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the Pakistan Labour Welfare Foundation for equipment operating in industrial zones of Islamabad.
