The supplier is responsible for all logistics, customs clearance at Hamad International Airport or Khalifa Port, and final delivery to the Qatar Doha project location. Installation, calibration, and a full operational demonstration of each Welder unit shall be completed on-site within three (3) business days of physical delivery. The supplier must ensure all equipment is certified and compliant with the Qatar Standards Metrology Organization (QSO) requirements prior to delivery.

• Advance Payment: 30% (QAR 226,428.00) upon confirmation and acceptance of this Purchase Order by both parties.
• On Delivery: 50% (QAR 377,380.00) upon successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of all Welder units at the Qatar Doha site.
• Retention: 20% (QAR 150,952.00) payable after a 90-day defect liability period, provided no unresolved faults are identified in the Welder equipment.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
• Payment Window: Net 30 days from the date of the respective invoice.

• This Purchase Order (PO-QD-2025-04871) constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier for the supply of Welder equipment to be deployed at the Qatar Doha project site.
• All Welder units must carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of installation in Qatar Doha. The warranty shall cover parts, labour, and on-site service visits.
• The Supplier guarantees that all equipment is new, unused, and free from any prior defects. No refurbished or second-hand Welder units shall be accepted under this Purchase Order.
• Delivery delays beyond the stipulated deadline of 05 July 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, capped at 10% of the total value.
• The Supplier shall provide comprehensive operator training for a minimum of two (2) full days at the Qatar Doha site, covering safe operation, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting of each Welder model.
• All equipment must comply with Qatar's occupational safety standards and the requirements of the Ministry of Labour in Qatar Doha. The Supplier shall provide all relevant certificates of conformity, test reports, and safety data sheets.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
• The Buyer reserves the right to inspect and reject any Welder unit that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order upon arrival at the Qatar Doha site.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or port closures affecting delivery to Qatar Doha, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement between both parties.
