• All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) to the supplier's designated account. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh.
• The Welder equipment must carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of acceptance in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The warranty covers all parts, labour, and on-site service visits.
• The supplier shall provide comprehensive operator training for a minimum of five (5) Al-Nakheel technicians at the Saudi Arabia Riyadh site, including written manuals in both English and Arabic.
• Each Welder unit must be CE-marked and carry SASO conformity certification. Non-conforming equipment will be rejected at the buyer's expense for return shipping.
• The supplier warrants that the Welder units are new, unused, and of the latest production model. No refurbished or second-hand equipment shall be accepted under this Purchase Order.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or port closures affecting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement.
• The supplier shall maintain a dedicated spare-parts inventory for the Welder equipment at a local warehouse in Saudi Arabia Riyadh for the duration of the warranty period.
• This Purchase Order becomes binding upon signature by both parties. No amendments shall be valid unless made in writing and countersigned by both the buyer and the seller.
