The Seller shall deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Buyer's designated facility located in South Korea Seoul, specifically at the address listed in the Buyer Information section above. The delivery shall be made under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) Incheon Port terms as per Incoterms 2020. The Seller is responsible for all packaging, loading, ocean freight, marine insurance, and customs clearance documentation required for import into South Korea. The Welder units and all associated equipment must arrive at the South Korea Seoul site no later than August 15, 2025. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance written notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. All Welder components must be individually crated, shock-absorbed, and clearly labeled with the Purchase Order number, item description, and destination address in both English and Korean to facilitate smooth customs processing at Incheon Port and subsequent inland transport to the South Korea Seoul facility.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) issued by a recognized international bank in South Korea Seoul. The payment schedule is as follows:

All Welder units supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the following standards and regulations applicable to industrial welding operations in South Korea Seoul:
- Korean Industrial Safety Act (산업안전보건법): All Welder equipment must meet the safety requirements stipulated under the Korean Industrial Safety and Health Act, including emergency stop mechanisms, thermal overload protection, and proper grounding systems.

- The Seller shall provide complete technical documentation, including operation manuals, maintenance guides, electrical schematics, and safety data sheets for the Welder, in both English and Korean, prior to the delivery date.
- All intellectual property rights related to the Welder technology remain the exclusive property of the Seller. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate the Welder for internal industrial use within South Korea Seoul.
- The Seller shall maintain comprehensive product liability insurance covering the Welder units for the duration of the warranty period, with a minimum coverage of USD 1,000,000 per occurrence.
