This Purchase Order is issued by Anadolu Industrial Solutions A.Ş. for the procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of industrial Welder equipment to be deployed at our primary manufacturing facility located in Turkey Ankara, specifically within the Ostim Organized Industrial Zone. The Welder units specified in this Purchase Order must meet or exceed the technical specifications outlined in Annex A of the supplier's quotation reference Q-2025-1193. All Welder equipment must be certified under CE marking and comply with the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) regulations governing industrial welding apparatus. The supplier shall ensure that each Welder unit is factory-tested, calibrated, and accompanied by a full documentation package including operation manuals in both English and Turkish, electrical schematics, and warranty certificates valid for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation in Turkey Ankara.
Terms and Conditions- Delivery: All Welder equipment must be delivered to the designated receiving warehouse in Turkey Ankara no later than 05 August 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10%.
- Installation & Commissioning: The supplier shall dispatch a qualified Welder technician team to Turkey Ankara within five (5) business days of delivery to perform installation, alignment, and full commissioning of all Welder units. Training for a minimum of eight (8) Anadolu Industrial Solutions operators shall be conducted on-site in Turkey Ankara over a period of three (3) working days.
- Warranty: Each Welder unit carries a comprehensive 24-month warranty covering parts and labor. The supplier guarantees response time of no more than 48 hours for any warranty claim arising at the Turkey Ankara facility.
- Payment: Payment shall be made in two installments: 40% upon issuance of this Purchase Order and 60% upon successful commissioning and acceptance of all Welder equipment in Turkey Ankara. Payment shall be made via international wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account.
- Compliance: All Welder equipment must comply with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, IEC 60974 standards for welding equipment, and applicable Turkish occupational health and safety regulations (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu No. 6331) as enforced in Turkey Ankara.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Ankara Arbitration Center. The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order, the technical specifications of the Welder equipment, and all operational details pertaining to the Turkey Ankara facility.
