• The Welder equipment must carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of installation in Turkey Istanbul. The extended service package (Line 4) includes on-site response within 48 hours for any critical Welder malfunction.
• Any deviation from the technical specifications of the Welder as stated in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the buyer’s engineering team prior to manufacturing.

• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ICC Istanbul), with proceedings conducted in English.
• The supplier warrants that the Welder units are free from liens, encumbrances, and intellectual property claims, and that their use in Turkey Istanbul does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
• All environmental and occupational health regulations applicable to welding operations in Turkey Istanbul must be addressed in the supplier’s safety documentation accompanying the Welder.
