• The supplier shall maintain a minimum of five (5) spare Welder torches and wire feed mechanisms in local stock within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region to ensure rapid replacement.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al Noor Industrial Supply LLC and Global Welding Technologies FZE upon signature by both parties.
• Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
• This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• The supplier shall not subcontract any portion of the delivery, installation, or maintenance obligations without prior written consent from the buyer.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region, shall be addressed through mutual consultation.
