The Welder and all associated equipment shall be delivered to the buyer's facility at 2847 NW 37th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33142, United States Miami. Delivery is scheduled no later than July 1, 2025, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. The supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and handling charges up to the point of unloading at the United States Miami receiving dock. A minimum of 48 hours' written notice must be provided prior to the delivery date. The Welder must be packaged in accordance with DOT regulations for the safe transport of industrial electrical equipment within the continental United States.
5. PAYMENT TERMS- Payment Method: Wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account.
- Deposit: 30% ($18,430.14) due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- Balance: 70% ($43,003.66) due within 30 days of confirmed delivery and successful installation of the Welder at the United States Miami site.
- Invoice: The supplier shall issue a formal invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MIA-WLD-0047) for all billing purposes.
- Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the 30-day payment window.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between South Florida Industrial Fabrication LLC and Atlantic Welding Solutions, Inc. upon signature by both parties.
- The Welder shall be new, unused, and in full working condition at the time of delivery. No refurbished or reconditioned units shall be accepted.
- All equipment must comply with UL 258 (Welding Equipment) and applicable NFPA 51B standards for use in the United States Miami metropolitan area.
