This Purchase Order governs the supply and delivery of the specified Welder equipment and associated materials to the buyer's manufacturing facility located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The seller shall arrange all shipping, customs clearance documentation, and inland transport to the designated address in District 7, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Delivery is expected no later than August 15, 2025. All Welder units must be packed in export-grade wooden crates with moisture barriers suitable for the tropical climate of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The seller is responsible for providing all commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any documentation required by Vietnam Customs for the import of industrial welding equipment.
5. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made via irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) issued by a recognized Vietnamese bank, payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents. A 30% advance payment of $26,802.60 shall be remitted within 10 business days of the Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 70% balance of $62,539.40 shall be settled within 45 days of confirmed delivery and successful commissioning of the Welder units at the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City site. 6. Quality Assurance & WarrantyEach Welder unit supplied under this Purchase Order shall carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of commissioning in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including the digital control system, power inverter, cooling fan assembly, and all electrical components.
