This Quotation Estimate document is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Academic Researcher to support ongoing and upcoming research initiatives within the academic institutions of Algeria Algiers. 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Algeria Algiers.
3.2 The Academic Researcher shall be engaged on a full-time contractual basis for a minimum period of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. The contract shall be governed by the labor and academic regulations of the Republic of Algeria.
3.3 Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the designated institutional account. A 10% mobilization advance shall be disbursed upon signature of the definitive contract, with the remaining balance distributed pro-rata across the engagement period.
3.4 All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated during the term of this engagement shall remain the sole property of the University of Algiers. The Academic Researcher shall sign a non-disclosure and intellectual property assignment agreement prior to commencing work.
3.5 The Academic Researcher is required to maintain a minimum weekly presence of five (5) days at the designated research facility located in the Hydra District, Algeria Algiers, with flexibility for fieldwork excursions to other wilayas as project requirements dictate.
3.6 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary quotation approved by both parties.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences. All disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algeria Algiers in accordance with Algerian civil and commercial law.
By signing below, the authorized representative of the requesting institution confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Academic Researcher under the terms and conditions specified herein. This acceptance authorizes the initiation of the formal contracting process in Algeria Algiers.
