3.1 Payment Schedule: The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon delivery of the draft research report, and 25% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Academic Researcher's account at Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Buenos Aires.

3.2 Intellectual Property: All research outputs, including but not limited to datasets, analytical models, and written reports, shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Academic Researcher retains the right to cite the project in academic publications with prior written consent from the client.

3.3 Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, trade secrets, and unpublished findings shared by the client during the course of this engagement in Argentina Buenos Aires. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of fieldwork.

3.4 Regulatory Compliance: All research activities shall comply with Argentine data protection legislation (Ley 25.326 — Ley de Protección de Datos Personales) and the ethical guidelines established by the Comité de Ética en Investigación of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Informed consent forms shall be obtained from all human participants in the study.

3.5 Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions on the final research report. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed at the hourly rate specified in Line Item 4 of the service breakdown.

3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Buenos Aires metropolitan region.

3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Buenos Aires.
